Super Eagles Legendary player, Julius Agahowa has revealed the reasons he couldnt go into coaching just like some of his team mates did with Nigeria.
The Former Wigan athletic man speaks on the ill treatment of players and coaches as they are being owed salaries for month which has led some coaches into Nepotism.
"Looking at how some of my senior colleagues were treated during their time as coaches, that’s enough to discourage me from wanting to be a coach.

"Looking at how some of my senior colleagues were treated during their time as coaches, that’s enough to discourage me from wanting to be a coach.
"Some of them were even owed until they died. May their souls rest in peace.
“Look at what is happening in the league. Is it the players that are hungry that you’ll go and coach?
"Even the coaches demand money from players before they’re given a chance to play, mind you most footballers are from poor homes and the hunger to succeed is very high because of where they are coming from. I am talking from experience.
“As for the football business, not too long ago I got licensed by the Nigerian Football Federation as an intermediary agent and I work with a lot of other agents to scout young talents across the country.”

Well, Julius Agahowa isn't far from the truth as there have been so many cases of unpaid wages for players/coaches which some of his former team mates who has had a taste of coaching in Nigeria Can attest to. Recently ,Joseph Yobo , One of Agahowa's Former team Mate was appointed assistant Head Coach to Gernot Rohr in the National team.
Julius Agahowa is well remembered for his Trademark Back-flip celebrations during his playing time for the Nigerian National Team as well as top clubs in Europe which includes Wigan athletic and Shaktar Donetsk.
