Super Eagles Legend Daniel Amokachi has rated former Nigerian captain, John Obi Mikel as the Greatest Nigerian to have graced the Game of football.

Amokachi highlighted Mikel's achievements as a key factor which places the former Chelsea and Trabzonspor Man above others.

“Mikel is the greatest Nigerian player. He has won everything that a player can hope to: the Champions League, Europa, AFCON in 2013 and he also captained the national team."
