Newly Invited Nigerian Super Falcons Player, Ashleigh Plumptre has been granted her first official interview with the National team where she opened up on several things that Most Nigerians have been waiting to hear.

The 23 years old Leicester City (Women) Defender was a surprise inclusion in the Super Falcons squad Currently Camping in Vienna Austria.
In the Official Interview granted by the Media Personality of the Super Falcons, the Former England U-23 star Opened up on a lot of things which includes her Nigerian Heritage and Family Background. 


According to Ashleigh, she made it clear that although she was born in England, her Father is a half Nigerian and her Grandfather Originally from Lagos State.

She Also discussed on what triggered her Decision to play for the Nigerian National team despite having featured for the English National team From the Under-15 Level down to the U-23 Level
