Moldovan Club Side, Sheriff Tiraspol Also known as FC Sheriff pulled off one of the biggest shocks in Football, defeating Real Madrid in the UEFA Champions League.
Real Madrid came into the Game against FC Sheriff as Favourites to grab all three Points Over a Moldovan side who are Competing in the Prestigious UCL  tournament for the First time ever in their History.

It was the Visitors who opened the Scoring at the Santiago Bernabeu through Jakhshibaev who guarded his 25th Minute Header past Thibaut Courtouis, meeting a Pin-point Cross from Team mate, Cristiano da Silva Leite. 

Real Madrid responded with an Equalizing goal in the 65th Minute Courtesy of A well taken Penalty Kick from Karim Benzema. 
The Men from Madrid had their hopes of Getting a win shattered as Sebastien Thill scored a rocket in the 90th Minute, slamming the ball into the back of net, beating Courtois from outside the Box.

The team posted a Picture of their Logo with the Madrid's Iconic Crown Logo placed on it.  They Captioned it "No Comment'

The win for FC Sheriff against Real Madrid takes them top of Group D with 6 points from 2 games, having won their First UCL Match against Shaktar Donetsk.

They Face Inter Milan in Matchweek 3 of the UEFA Champions League coming up on the 19th of October, 2021.
