Legendary Manchester United Goalie, Peter Schmeichel has reacted to Coach Ole Gunnar Solskjær's Choice of Tactics when playing French Midfielder, Paul Pogba.
Paul Pogba a Natural Central Midfielder has been deployed as a Defensive Midfielder for the past two Manchester United games and this hasn't gone down well with Peter Schmeichel who feels Pogba doesn't have that Defensive instinct compared to a Natural Defensive Midfielder. 

In the UCL Game against Villareal Paul Pogba was paired alongside Scott Mctominay in a 4-2-3-1 Formation which saw both men play as Defensive Midfielders. Paul Pogba was replaced in the 75th Minute by another Defensive Midfielder, Nemanja Matic.

In United's Last game against Everton, Paul Pogba started from the Bench as Coach Ole Gunnar Solskjær paired two Natural Defensive Midfielders, Scott Mctominay and Fred. Pogba was introduced into the Game in the 70th Minute, replacing Fred.

Reacting to the Decision of Solskjær to play Pogba in a Defensive Position, Peter Schmeichel has explained Why Pogba isn't a good Choice for that position. 

“I was watching the game on Wednesday against Villarreal and that confirmed to me that he is not a defensive midfield player, he hasn’t got that instinct of when danger is about to happen that a number six needs to have,” he told BeIN Sports.
“So we saw three situations before the goal was scored, one was where he lost the ball and on all three occasions, David De Gea made fantastic saves.

“You see how he [Pogba] backtracks and if your a number six you have to be on your bike and get back there and eventhough the guy that you're chasing is probably overtaking somebody else you then have to look at what he’s leaving and then you’ve got to cover for that guy and that didn’t happen.

“He’s not a winger, we’ve got Bruno [Fernandes] in the ten role, so I don’t know to be honest, I really don’t know how to utilise him but I know for certain that he’s definitely not a number six.”
