Polish Striker, Robert Lewandowski who is one of the Favourites to win the 2021 Ballon D'or is Very Much optimistic on winning prestigious Award. 
The Bayern Munich Striker has been on tremendous form for both club and country this year and could be on his Way to clinching the Greatest individual Prize in Football.

Robert Lewandowski faces Fierce Competition from Argentine Maestro, Lionel Messi and Italian Midfielder, Jorginho. Both players have had a great Year.

Lewandowski who everyone thought would win the Ballon D'or in 2020 was left disappointed after the Award presentation was cancelled as a result of the Covid-19 Pandemic but the player has Even had a much better 2021 which increases his chances of laying his hands on the prize. 
So far this Year, Robert Lewandowski has recorded 50 goals and 8 Assists for both club and countries as well as winning three Trophies. 


With this kind of stat Lewandowski has his hopes High on winning the prize.

"The possibility of winning the Ballon d'Or means a lot to me, it makes me feel proud," the player said when asked about how he he rates his chances of winning the Ballon D'or during an interview with Marca. 

"If you look at everything I've achieved, not just this year, last year as well when they cancelled the ceremony, I've won a lot of titles, scored a lot of goals."
"It would mean a lot to me to win it, having won the Champions League, the Super Cup, the Club World Cup. Breaking Gerd Muller's record of 41 Bundesliga goals was also a big achievement, one which made me very proud and happy. Everyone can see what I have done and keep doing."

"My achievements speak for themselves because my last two years have been a big achievement, not just for me but for any player in history."
The 2021 Ballon D'or Award presentation comes up on the 29th of November, 2021.
