Arsenal told to sign highly rated Midfielder who is also targeted by Manchester United and Chelsea

English Premier League football pundit and Broadcaster, Piers Morgan has Urged Arsenal to sign WestHam's Highly Rated Midfielder, Declan Rice.

Rice, a long time Target for Chelsea has been pinpointed by Piers Morgan as the player that Mikel Arteta needs to sign in the January Transfer Window.

Rice was on Target for his team in their 4-1 big win against Aston Villa. The  WestHam Talisman got the second goal of the game in the 38th Minute.

The 22 Years old Midfielder may possibly be on his way out of WestHam as several clubs including Manchester United have lined up for the signature of the player.

Reacting to Declan Rice's performance against Aston Villa in the league, Piers Morgan Took to His Twitter handle, Urging Arsenal to sign the English man.

Last week, WestHam's Head Coach, David Moyes when asked if he sees potential suitors coming for the player Next year, Moyes made it clear that the asking price for Declan Rice is no longer £100m According to him, that 'Bargain' is now gone.

"No I don’t, because there was a bargain to be got with Declan at £100m. That bargain’s now gone." Moyes Said Via Skysports
