Swedish Striker, Zlatan Ibrahimovic has reacted to an Incident involving Himself and Spanish defender, Ceaser Azpilicueta during the European World Cup Qualifying Encounter between Sweden and Spain.
Both European teams went head to head for a chance to Secure World Cup qualification but it was the Spanish team who Secured a spot for Qatar after Narrowly edging out Sweden with an 86th Minute Strike from Alvaro Morata which handed Spain valuable 3 points.

One of the major Highlights of the Game came in the 93rd minutes when AC Milan striker, Ibrahimovic attacked Ceaser Azpilicueta with a brutal shoulder Tackle during a set piece to knock down the Spaniard. 
The incident caught on Camera prompted a Swift action from the Center Referee who surprisingly issued a Yellow card for an incident which clearly appears to be a Red Card offence. 
Reacting to the Incident which took place Last week, Zlatan Ibrahimovic has opened up that the tackle on Azpilicueta was deliberate and that he isn't ashamed to admit it while pointing out the reason for his actions.

 “The other day in the national team, I gave a tackle to [Spain’s Azpilicueta]. I did it on purpose. I’m not ashamed to say it because he did something stupid to my player.

"Acting big to my player. It was a stupid thing but I would still do it to make him understand: ‘You don’t f*cking do that. You don’t have balls to do it against me. But I will show you what happens if you do it to me.’
"That’s why I did it.”

"He will not say it to me but he will say it to my player – who will do nothing because he’s too nice. It was not a good thing by me, but I would still do it. That’s me. I’m not ashamed to say it.”


The 1-0 loss to Spain meant that Sweden has missed out on Automatic Qualification for Qatar but the 40 Years old AC Milan Striker seems not to be bothered with the fact that his action Which earned him a Yellow card will see Him miss the First leg of the Play Offs.
“It’s not about missing the play-offs. It’s about making the guy understand you don’t take the piss out of somebody laying [on the ground].

"You don’t attack a dog that doesn’t talk. Attack the one able to do something.

"It’s too easy to pick on my teammates who are 20 years old and very nice guys. I hope he understands now.”
