Ashleigh Plumptre was Born on the 8th of May, 1998 in East Midland region of England, Leicester. She was Born to a Half Nigerian Father and an English Mother.
As stated Above, Plumptre's Mother is From England while her Father is a Half Nigerian. Plumptre had previously disclosed in an Interview with the Nigerian media that her Grandfather is Originally From Lagos State in Nigeria. Ashleigh Plumptre has a Younger Sister known as Bayleigh Bisi who is a professional Drummer. She was born on the 26th of May, 2010.

Club Career
Ashleigh Plumptre started playing football when she was 4 years old, Joining Non-division side, Asfordby in 2002 where she spent 4 years before joining the Leicester city Set-up at the age of 8. She played Across Different age levels for Leicester City spending 7 years at the Club from 2006 - 2013. She Joined the Birmingham U-17 side for a year before sealing another move to Derby county.

Aside the Youth Level, As a professional Footballer, Ashleigh Plumptre Joined Women Super League side, Notts County in 2014, spending a year there before moving to the United States of America to play College soccer at the University of Southern California with USC Trojans from 2016 - 2019.
Ashley Plumptre Returned back to Leicester city and was very instrumental in the Club's Promotion to the Women's English top Division Known as FA Women's Super League.
International Career (England)
Ashleigh Plumptre Represented the England Junior team from the U-15 Level down to the U-23 Level before switching to the Nigerian National Team.
Nigeria Call-up
In July 2021, Ashleigh Plumptre was handed a Call-up to Join the Nigerian Senior Women's team known as the Super Falcons. Before she was handed a Call-up, Ashleigh Plumptre made it clear Publicly that she was interested in Playing for the Nigerian Super Falcons.
Plumptre Joined the rest of the Super Falcons squad in Austria as they trained together and prepared for Upcoming Games.

Super Falcons Debut
On the 18th of February, 2022 Ashleigh plumptre made her Debut for the Super Falcons of Nigeria in a 2-0 win over Cote D'Ivoire in the first leg of the African Women's Cup of Nations qualifiers Played at the M.K.O Abiola Stadium in Abuja, Nigeria. The highly Rated defender was solid in defense for Nigeria with a five star performance which attracted lots of praises from the Fans.
