Chelsea Football Club have been dealt with a huge blow as transfer Target, have rejected a move to Stamford bridge.

Juventus' Matthijs De ligt emerged as transfer Target for Chelsea following the departure of Antonio Rudiger to Real Madrid. The Blues were hoping that De ligt would be able to fill the Vacuum Left by Rudiger but has now been turned Down as the player prefers a move else where.
According to reports from Sports1, Matthijs De ligt is only interested in playing for Bayern, choosing the Bavarians ahead of the blues who have Also lost Christensen to Barcelona and on the Verge of Losing Club's Captain, Caeser Azpilicueta to the Blaugranas.
Since Matthijs De ligt has shown no interest in playing for the Chelsea, the blues have ended their pursuit for the Player.

Bayern Munich have already begun Negations with Juventus over the signing of the player. The Old ladies and the Bavarians are in talks over an initial €75m plus €10m-€15m in Bonuses.
