FC Barcelona's Out-of-Favour Midfielder, Riqui Puig has been turned down by Fiorentina as club's Director makes it clear that they are not interested in the player.
Riqui Puig, 22, has faced a torrid time at FC Barcelona in the past few seasons and has fallen in the pecking order of Midfielders at the Club with little or no hope of getting into the First team at the Moment. 

The Talented Midfielder has played Just 17 games across all Competitions Last season and is now edging Closer to leaving FC Barcelona for playing time at another Club.
In recent weeks, Italian Serie A Club Fiorentina have been rumoured to be interested in signing the Spaniard but the Rumours may have turned out to be false at Fiorentina's Sporting Director, Dianele Prade have made it clear that the club was never interested in signing Puig.

“We are not interested in Riqui Puig, he’s never been in our list. We wanted to sign Grillitsch but then we had some problems”. Prade said
“We’re in negotiations for Jović from Real Madrid, we hope to close the deal soon - and Dodô from Shakhtar”. He added. 

Riqui Puig and Barcelona would now be hoping that another suitor comes for the Player before the close of the transfer window.
