Former Manchester United Man, Owen Hargreaves have slammed Super Eagles star, Paul Onuachu for doing "Nothing" in Southampton's Battle against Relegation.
Southampton's Relegation from the EPL was confirmed in Saturday's disappointing 2-0 loss against Fulham. The Saints needed a win to keep their hopes of avoiding the drop alive but failed to get the Job done and would have to play the 2023/2024 season in the EFL.
After Their 2-0 loss to Fulham, Former Manchester United and Bayern Munich Man, Owen Hargreaves have cited that the transfer of Super Eagles Man, Paul Onuachu From Belgian Side, Genk didn't go as planned as the Lanky Striker did nothing at Southampton.
"When you think about Sulemana he didn’t do anything. Onuachu did not do anything. It was a nice idea but it didn’t work out for them.” Hargreaves Said according to reports.
Onuachu was handed a Start in the game against Fulham and featured for 62 minutes before being replaced.
The Striker who signed for the English team in 2023 has gone on to play 11 games scoring and assisting in None. Surprisingly, Onuachu who left Belgium Five months ago is currently 4th on the 2022/2023 Top scorers table with 16 goals in 19 Game.
