Super Falcons Defender, Ashleigh Plumptre has shifted her attention to the 2024 Olympic games taking place in France's Capital City, Paris. 
The 25 Years old Nigerian who Featured in all games for the Super Falcons at the 2023 FIFA Women's World Cup has stated that the Focus of the Super Falcons is to secure qualification for the Olympic games. 

Ashleigh Plumptre while talking to the BBC Said:

"This is now the benchmark for us,” 

"The expectation is that we compete with these teams all the time, hopefully, we have proven that.” She Added.

Nigeria's Progress at the 2023 Women's World Cup was stopped by the three Lionesses of England in the Round of 16 of the Competition and despite the elimination, Ashleigh Plumptre has continued to receive praises for an outstanding Performance for the Super Falcons at the tournament.
