Major League Soccer Side, Inter Miami have been crowned champions of the 2023 Leagues Cup after defeating Nashville SC in the Final of the Competition.

Argentine Maestro, Lionel Messi gave Inter Miami the lead in the 23rd minute of the Encounter with a well taken shot from just outside the Opposition's Box. 

Nashville SC drew Level in the second half through Fabrice Picault who was on hand to tuck home the ball following a goal line scramble from a corner Kick.

The Match ended 1-1 at full time after both sides failed to take their chances to increase the scoreline in the second half and as a result, a Penalty shootout was needed to settle the tie.

After Several rounds of spot kicks, Inter Miami came out on top, winning 10-9 and were crowned champions of the Leagues Cup tournament Which happens to be the first ever Trophy won in the history of the club.
