Nigerian Super Eagles Attacker, Victor Osimhen has been Crowned as the best Player in Serie A for the 2022/2023 Season.
The attacker overcame a fierce contest from Napoli team mate, Kvaratkskhelia and AC Milan's Rafael Leao to clinch the Award organized by Italian Outfit, Gran Gala del Calcio.

Victor Osimhen Enjoyed a Successful 2022/2023 Serie A season, finishing as the League's top scorer with 26 Goals and winning the League title with his side, Napoli. 

Victor Osimhen's Former Head Coach, Luciano Spaletti and Current Team Mate Khvicha Kvaratskhelia were Also winners at the Award ceremony with Both Clinching the Coach of The Year and Goal of the Year awards respectively. Their Club Side, Napoli was recognized as the Club of the Year. 
Victor Osimhen's 2022/2023 season earned him an eighth place finish at the 2023 Ballon D'or Awards ceremony.

The attacker has Also been Nominated for CAF Player of the year award and is in Pole Position to Also clinch the Award.
