Both the Nigerian national team and Istanbul Başakşehir player Shomurodov scored 22 goals.
As the sixth player from Trabzonspor to receive the individual award, Onuachu cemented his place in history.
Third place went to Anderson Talisca of Fenerbahçe, who scored 19 goals.
Last year’s winner was Victor Osimhen, a striker for Galatasaray.
In 30 league appearances for Galatasaray, Osimhen scored 26 goals.
