An unnamed man took to the streets of Abuja on Friday morning, storming the national secretariat of the All Progressives Congress (APC). He said that the party had abandoned him after he sold his property for more than N30 million to fund their 2023 election campaign.
A video shows a man displaying a poster that reads, “All Progressive Congress, reward me or kill me. I’m a party man not a lunatic. I have lost so much for the party. I am depressed and my health is affected.” The video has gone viral online, and Footynaija was able to view it.
“There was no reward for the work I did for APC,” he stated. I left my children with the CSO because I could no longer afford to take care of them; now I have no idea where they are; I also can’t afford to pay for their school fees,”
“In 2023, I sold my house and spent over N30 million on APC. Now I’m homeless, and they still haven’t paid me,” the man said.
