Full List of 23 CBT Centers Blacklisted by JAMB Due to 2026 Mock UTME Errors in 11 States and the FCT

The 23 computer-based test (CBT) centers located in 11 states and the Federal Capital Territory have been delisted by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) due to technical faults that were documented during the 2026 mock Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).

A number of states and territories are impacted, including: Abia, Anambra, Bayelsa, Delta, Edo, Lagos, Ogun, Osun, Oyo, and Plateau.

The Micben ICT Hall in Ukwa West, Abia State, is the delisted center. It is located at the Seat of Wisdom Academy Umunteke Asa.

The affected centers in Anambra State are The Oracle Lens in Nnokwa and Bishop Crowther Seminary CBT Centre in Awka.

Located behind Yenagoa’s Government Science and Technical College in Okaka, Bayelsa State is home to Derby’s Young ICT Centre.

The Avid ICT Solutions CBT Centre at Asaba’s Institute of Continuing Education, Brightfield School CBT in Ekpan, Uvwie, and Conarina Maritime Academy on Eseme River Road in Oria-Abraka are the four centers in Delta State that made the cut.

In Edo State, the CBT Centres of Moses and Grace College of Health Sciences and Technology in Benin City and Daniet Global Resources on Akpakpava Road were both impacted.

De-Lite CBT Centre in Model Secondary School, Maitama, and Zulqud Consult Ltd CBT Centre in Government Secondary School, Lugbe are the delisted centers in the Federal Capital Territory.

Florin High School in Ejigbo, Folbob CBT Centre in Ibeju-Lekki, Great Kezino College CBT Centre in Ikorodu, Obans CBT Centre in Ikorodu, and Teesas Learning and CBT Centre near Lekki Motorway are among the impacted centers in Lagos State.

In Ogun State, the delisted centers include Braingate Model Schools CBT Centre in Arepo-Fadunsin and Ijoko, as well as Greenhills Academy on Itele Road. In Osun State, the only affected center is Oduduwa University CBT Centre in Ipetumodu.

Out of the three centers in Oyo State that made the cut, three are located in Ibadan: Lasting Glory Schools CBT Centre, Apata: Nesam International School CBT Centre, and Iseyin: SAF Polytechnic.

Rabjib Computer Academy, a Jos establishment on Museum Road in Plateau State, was delisted as well.

According to JAMB, the decision was made after an internal evaluation of the mock UTME revealed that the impacted centers did not meet the necessary operational and technical criteria.

The board emphasised that in order to preserve a legitimate and efficient examination process, it will only permit centers that fulfil its criteria to take part in the main UTME.
