Olakunle Churchill, who has been silent about the divorce allegations circulating about his marriage to actress Tonto Dikeh, has now spoken up.
After King Andre turned ten months old three months ago, rumours began circulating that Meurer had a close relationship with Tonto Dikeh and filed for a divorce from Churchill on April 20, 2026.
In a post on his Instagram story on Friday, Churchill addressed the persistent divorce allegations by explaining, “As a father, if I’m ever in a place where I have to pick between my kids or anyone/anything else, I’m picking my kids.” That is all.
According to footynaija, the story initially appeared online not long after Churchill reconciled with Tonto Dikeh, his ex-wife, in January 2026, following a contentious nine-year divorce.
In an Instagram post, Churchill revealed that he and his ex-girlfriend are getting back together, but that it’s only for co-parenting and not romantically. They have been seen in multiple images and videos together since then.
Accusations that Meurer had “snatched” Churchill from Tonto surfaced when the couple was still very close.
Just over two years after his split from Tonto, she wed Churchill in 2019.
